workshops
One in-person day means six weeks of collaboration: Listening, conceptualization, alignment, execution, and evaluation for sustainable results.
An effective workshop isn't created on the day it happens—it takes shape before, in between, and after. For me, quality means listening to participants beforehand to understand what they truly need, and building a concept tailored specifically to the group's requirements.
After two rounds of discussion, we work on real solutions in the workshop. A brief introduction sets the guidelines so that everyone has the same goal in mind—the participants then work out the rest on their own.
Four weeks later, we review together what has been implemented in everyday life and fine-tune the approach once more.
A vision board for the Ministry of Culture, Lego Serious Play for an IT systems provider, a World Café for the Housing Industry Association, Barcamps as a kick-off format, and profiles to help people get to know each other personally. Instead of pros-and-cons lists, we work visually and with our hands—this fosters genuine dialogue and creates a safe space for those who tend to stay quiet in meetings. And—it’s okay to laugh.

Topics for Strong Teams
In-person—for genuine interactions and a workshop-like atmosphere
In-person sessions: One to two days, often as a series covering three topics. Especially valuable for teams that otherwise only meet via video call or over the phone. Bringing people together who have never sat across from each other before makes a bigger difference than any online meeting.

Two to three hours, no longer. After that, your concentration wanes, and the screen takes precedence over the content. It’s better to have a series of shorter sessions than one long day online.
The concept is developed together with you—not in a folder. I’m a big fan of building the concept together with my clients—until it meets their needs. This includes, upon request, a survey of participants about their current challenges, a joint brainstorming session, and a customized concept with two rounds of feedback.
