I was a bulldozer—not a leader
Today, I pass on what I would have needed:
Simple tools for leadership in practice and a positive mindset for ease and authentic leadership.
The Story
My mindset had backfired spectacularly. I came to my senses when the first employee wanted to quit because of me. At that moment, it dawned on me:
I was supposed to build up the team. Not tear it down.
And I've vowed to myself that I'll make sure my people are happy to come back to the office on Monday.
So I took the time to learn. I spent 2.5 years earning my master’s degree on weekends, with plenty of coaching, and plenty of stumbles and comebacks. In the end, I built up four locations and trained managers over the course of about six years.
Today, I’m passing on what I was missing back then: Simple, practical tools for implementation rather than theory. And a lighthearted approach to leadership, change, and conflict resolution
Who Works with Me
I train executives and facilitate change processes in which people have very high standards of quality. And that is precisely why transitioning into a leadership role or leading change is challenging.
I grew up in the public school system and attended a school operated by . I understand why one-size-fits-all approaches don't work here.
Executives in IT, technology, government agencies, and hospitals do indeed have one thing in common: a strong need for emotional and strategic security.
That’s exactly where I add the most value. So that leadership is easy and fun, even during complex change processes.
This is where I add the most value. So that leadership comes easily—and is fun.

Values
We’ll leave the makeup behind. Leadership isn’t written on a pacifier—you can learn to lead. With me, it becomes a playground: expanding your comfort zone step by step, developing your personality. We tackle issues at their root and take a look behind the scenes.
Expertise
At 31, I had no leadership experience. Through a management degree and coaching, I built everything up step by step—and over seven years of leading my own team, I got four locations and their managers up to speed. Today, I’m passing on the essence of what I’ve learned.
Conviction
I don't sell hours. I sell goals. Change and personal growth in a leadership role don't take a break between appointments—that's why I don't bill in small increments, but work continuously toward a single goal. I'm simply there.
Collaboration as a Sparring Partner
I’ll be honest… I can be challenging. I’m your warning sign, your guide to clarity. I break down complex issues and, as we work together, I’ll help you make decisions that push you to the edge of your comfort zone. Does that sound good to you? Then we’re a team!
Today, I am able to combine all the knowledge I have gained through my education and practical experience. Creativity and management, psychology and leadership. And I support you in building a solid foundation for change with ease and a positive focus.
We create emotional clarity and security for leaders, teams, and your organization, and transform those affected by change into active participants. By putting people at the center, we ensure success that lasts.
