Hello, I am Katja

As a coach and trainer, social worker, and art therapist, I have been supporting leaders since 2012 and live in Munich.

I am an expert in successful leadership strategies and sustainable change processes.

With deep conviction, I mentor leaders who consciously choose to build an authentic leadership role. I share what I once needed to effectively lead my team:

Speakers Association: Network & Events

I am actively involved both nationally and internationally with speakers on a voluntary basis. The German Speakers Association is my strong network, and I am grateful to be part of this community. Today, I give back by moderating events, taking the stage, and serving as Chair for the Winter Conference 2025. Since October 2024, I have also been a member of the Professional Speakers Association in Spain.

Be a Member of our Leadership Academy

In 2012, at the age of 30, I took on my first role as a team leader. I think I made almost every mistake you can make.

Through a management degree, I reflected on and developed my own leadership role. Over the next few years, I built four teams and trained new leaders.

Since 2019, I have been working as a self-employed coach, trainer, and speaker for leaders who want to embrace their roles with joy.

The academy serves as the toolbox that leaders need to effectively lead themselves, their teams, and organizations.
